NEW CUSTOMERS – Please read the following information carefully before deciding if the Switch-up Voucher Option is still right for you.

  • The Switch-Up voucher store will be permanently closing from Friday 8th October 2021.
  • You can still select to trade in your old handset for Switch-up vouchers, but please note these will need to be spent before the store closes.
  • Any Switch-up vouchers that have not been spent by Friday 8th October 2021 will expire automatically upon closure of the store.
  • Your Switch-up vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash amount once issued and any remaining voucher balance after making a purchase cannot be exchanged back for a cash amount.
